Child Protection

Child Protection As an organisation Heartbeat has a strong commitment to the protection of children. Our workers have a good awareness of child protection issues and the steps to take if there is a suspicion of abuse or neglect. We also have procedures in place to deal with cases where allegations of abuse or neglect are brought against a member of staff. The aim will be to handle all cases in a sensitive way, keeping appropriate confidentiality, with the protection of the child being the main priority.
