Our Staff
We have a team of friendly and suitably qualified workers that provide after school care for young children. We follow strict vetting procedures when recruiting staff. All staff must have an appropriate Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check carried out for any previous convictions or other information that could put the safety of a child at risk. In addition:
  • Our workers have a good awareness of their roles and responsibilities.
  • They have a clear understanding that the welfare of the children is the main priority.
  • They are positive towards children of all abilities and value what each child has to offer. € Workers also receive additional train- ing to help them build on existing skills.
